Payment
Online payment is our preferred method of payment. We accept cheques although it takes approximately 10 working days to process orders payed by cheque. Credit card payments can be taken over the phone, if you should wish to use this method please call 01536 260552.
Cancellations
If the item is returned to us or held by the courier due to there being no one present at the delivery address to take the delivery then you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Delivery Time
Customers will receive delivery the following working day provided payment is received before 12.00pm.
Although every effort is made to achieve next day delivery, during busy periods this may be delayed, so please allow 3-5 working Days.

Delivery
We make delivery available to UK Mainland only.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct.
If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Please note we endeavour to deliver to addresses throughout the UK within 5 working days, goods are dispatched as soon as your payment has been successfully received, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Simply Weathervanes is under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. If you have not received your item within 5 working days of completion of your order, you must notify us on the 6th working day orders@simplyweathervanes.co.uk
Correct Number of Parcels
Please check the delivery note for the amount of parcels you should receive. If they are not all delivered it is very important you write on the delivery note the number of parcels you have received and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the amount of parcels shown on the delivery note but report later that they were not delivered we will not be able to process any claim for the missing item.
Refusing Goods
Any item that is refused at the delivery address for any reason will incur additional carriage charges. We will be charged for the item to be returned to us, which you will be liable for and there will be, an additional charge for resending the item. This extra delivery cost must be paid before the item is resent.
